DBS Foundation has announced the winners of its inaugural Impact Beyond Award, granting a total of SGD 3 million to four innovative businesses addressing challenges in ageing societies. The award aims to support these enterprises in their growth through new product development, scaling operations, and capacity-building.
The winners were selected from nearly 100 global submissions through an evaluation process involving DBS senior leaders and independent experts. These businesses were recognized for leveraging technology, fostering collaborative ecosystems across sectors, and strengthening caregiving networks to enable seniors to age-in-place.
Tan Su Shan, CEO of DBS, expressed pride in the winners for their innovation and commitment to societal challenges. “At DBS and DBS Foundation, we are committed to walking this journey with them by leveraging our One-Bank capabilities,” she said.
Karen Ngui, Head of DBS Foundation, highlighted the urgency of addressing ageing societies. She noted that the awardees focus on transformative solutions that embed purpose at the core of their business.
The awarded companies include Singapore’s Buddy Of Parents (BOP), China’s Huakang Health Industry Group, Hong Kong’s Evercare Health Limited, and India’s Life Circle Health Services. Each company is utilizing technology and collaboration to address key challenges related to ageing.

This announcement was made during the DBSF Impact Beyond Dialogue event held at Marina Bay Financial Tower 3. The dialogue brought together speakers from various sectors to discuss how AI and cross-sector collaboration can improve lives for ageing populations.

Anant Kumar, CEO of Life Circle Health Services (India), emphasized the importance of training youth from underserved communities. Raymond Bo from iWOW Technology (Singapore) expressed gratitude for recognizing Age-Tech solutions as a step towards helping seniors age well.
