DBS/POSB has announced the return of its weekly SGD 3 cashback offer at hawker stalls, wet markets, and heartland shops. This initiative is part of a series of offers aimed at enhancing customer savings in celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday. Over the next three months, approximately two million cashback rewards will be available for redemption via DBS PayLah! Additionally, POSB debit and credit cardholders can access new meal deals priced at SGD 0.60 and SGD 6 at selected food outlets.

The cashback offer will be available every Saturday from July 12 to September 27. The first 160,000 customers using PayLah! to make payments at participating locations will receive up to SGD 3 off their purchases. This initiative aims not only to provide savings but also to boost earnings for local merchants.

Lim Him Chuan, DBS Singapore Country Head, stated, “The positive reception to our PayLah! weekly cashback initiative has been encouraging. We are grateful for our customers’ steadfast support over the years and believe that bringing back this initiative for SG60 further reaffirms our commitment to standing by them and driving inclusive growth of our heartlands.”

In addition to these offers, DBS/POSB is introducing complimentary sailboat rides in Marina Bay every Friday evening starting in September. This is part of their efforts to create memorable experiences as part of the SG60 celebrations.

Other ongoing benefits include grocery deals priced at 60 cents, mortgage payment reductions, waivers and cashback benefits for merchants, and a nutritional support program for seniors through the DBS Foundation.

DBS remains committed to supporting its customers and communities with initiatives designed to ease living costs while enhancing societal well-being.
