FPT University (FPTU) has initiated a campaign titled “Prompt your Future” as part of its 2025 enrollment strategy, “U chọn FPTUwAI – Vững tương lai” (You choose FPTUwAI – Steady future). This initiative aims to guide students and parents in making informed decisions about education in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).
The campaign includes a series of livestreams, seminars, and career consulting sessions running from May 29 to August 29. These activities are designed to provide clarity on choosing the right study major amid the growing influence of AI in various fields such as writing, designing, programming, and data analysis.
FPT University’s Vice Principal and Head of the National Admissions Department, Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan, emphasized that higher education should prepare students not only for current jobs but also for future adaptability and success. He stated: “The goal of higher education is not only to train people who do well in today’s work but also people who are able to adapt and succeed in any job of the future. FPTU wants Vietnamese students to enter the AI era with courage, initiative and the ability to lead themselves.”
Mr. Tuan further highlighted FPTU’s commitment to developing comprehensive learners by integrating AI content into their curriculum. The university encourages students to engage with technology actively rather than fear it.
The “Prompt your Future” program offers both online and offline engagement opportunities through various formats such as vodcasts and open discussions with experts on topics like “AI and learning – How not to get lost?” The initiative aims to support students during their transition period as AI reshapes labor market dynamics.
Additionally, FPTU plans seminars at its campuses across Vietnam—Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Can Tho—where participants can experience the school’s environment firsthand. An eBook titled “Prompt your Future,” offering guidance on career orientation in the AI era, will be released online starting June 2025.
FPTU emphasizes preparing students for self-employment by encouraging personal projects and startups within its startup ecosystem. Successful student projects may receive financial support up to 50 million VND each. Since 2024, over 5 billion VND has been invested in student startups nationwide.
The campaign reflects FPT University’s educational philosophy: fostering proactive learning where students grow into leaders capable of shaping their own futures.
