Samsung Electronics has announced the release of the Galaxy Buds3 FE, the latest model in its wireless earbuds range. The new product aims to provide advanced features at a more accessible price point and will be available starting September 5.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy Buds3 FE feature a distinctive Blade design and improved audio capabilities. The earbuds include Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), upgraded call quality, longer battery life, and enhanced comfort. The company highlights that these enhancements are meant to allow users flexibility in various listening environments.

“Impactful enhancements in the Galaxy Buds lineup build off innovations in core features including Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), call quality, battery life, comfort and more to allow users the freedom to listen where they want, when they want and how they want,” Samsung stated.

The new earbuds have a larger speaker compared to previous models, which Samsung says results in richer sound with deeper bass and clearer treble. “With a larger speaker, Buds3 FE deliver rich, powerful sound with deep bass and clear treble,” according to the company. The ANC is designed to reduce ambient noise for an immersive experience. Call clarity is addressed through Crystal Clear Call technology that uses machine learning models to separate voice from background noise. Microphones have also been repositioned for better voice pickup.

User interaction has been streamlined with intuitive controls on the device itself. Users can pinch or swipe on the Blade design for selections or volume adjustments. A pairing button on the charging cradle simplifies transitions between different Galaxy devices. The Auto Switch feature allows seamless connection changes across compatible Galaxy products.

“Ease of use is central to the Galaxy Buds3 FE design with intuitive controls that facilitate effortless interactions,” Samsung said.

The integration of artificial intelligence is another key aspect of this launch. Users can access features such as voice commands by saying “Hey Google,” allowing hands-free control over playlists, messages, agendas, or translations without needing their phone’s screen. The earbuds also support translation functions when paired with compatible Samsung smartphones using Galaxy AI Interpreter apps.

“Additionally, AI features and the Buds3 FE design ensure that queuing up the next playlist or translating a conversation from one language to another is always just a word or long press away,” Samsung explained.

Visually, the earbuds adopt a matte dual-tone finish with semi-transparent accents as part of their modern aesthetic approach.

Samsung emphasizes that these earbuds are aimed at users seeking reliable performance and easy integration within its ecosystem of devices. Quick access settings and app-free controls are supported on recent versions of One UI software for a smoother user experience.
