Vietcombank has been recognized as one of Vietnam’s Best Places to Work for the tenth consecutive year, according to the 2025 rankings released by Anphabe in Ho Chi Minh City on November 19. The bank continues to lead the banking sector and also received awards for “Most Attractive Employer Brand for Vietnamese Students” and “Outstanding Enterprise with a Happy Workforce.”
The annual “Best Places to Work in Vietnam” ranking is compiled by Anphabe, based on survey responses from nearly 800 enterprises and more than 73,000 employees across 18 industries.
At the award ceremony, Hồng Quang, Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Human Resources at Vietcombank, said: “2025 marks the tenth consecutive year Vietcombank has been honoured among Việt Nam’s Best Places to Work. Maintaining this position for a decade is not the result of short-term efforts but of a comprehensive, consistent and forward-looking HR strategy. Our leadership has always placed people at the centre — as the actors, the purpose and the driving force behind the bank’s development.”
Vietcombank has set a strategic goal to become Vietnam’s leading bank in human resource quality by 2030. The bank has implemented changes in its organizational structure, improved policies, modernized recruitment practices, expanded training programs, and increased use of digital technology in HR operations.
Through these initiatives, Vietcombank aims to develop an efficient workforce that can meet demands driven by rapid digital growth.
The bank’s leadership attributes its sustained top position not only to strong HR policies but also to creating an environment where employees feel valued and motivated. This culture supports Vietcombank’s strategic goals for 2030: maintaining its status as Vietnam’s number one bank, entering the Top 200 global financial institutions, and contributing actively to national sustainable development.
Vietcombank retained its position as No.1 in Vietnam’s banking sector and ranked No.2 nationwide.
