VinFast has announced a new strategic partnership with LORET Group to distribute its electric vehicles in the French Overseas Territories. This agreement is part of VinFast’s broader strategy to expand its retail network and strengthen its presence in Europe.

Under the partnership, LORET Group will manage sales channels and deliver VinFast EVs to local dealers and customers. The company has already started shipping vehicles to LORET Group ahead of the high-demand season at year-end. The distribution deal is set for up to five years, with an initial focus on selling the VF 6 and VF 8 electric SUVs, which target popular B-SUV and D-SUV segments. Product volumes may be adjusted based on market performance, with a growth target of up to 100% by 2026.

VinFast plans to support its partners with competitive pricing, marketing resources, and training programs aimed at improving product knowledge and workforce skills. Customers can expect ongoing sales promotions and aftersales policies that meet global standards.

Denis Lesueur, President and CEO of LORET Group, said: “We are excited to partner with VinFast, a dynamic and forward-thinking all-electric vehicle brand from Vietnam. As a strategic distributor, we aim to establish a robust sales network that empowers dealers to deliver modern, smooth, zero-emission vehicles to customers, enhancing lives in the regions where we operate.”

Le Ngoc Chi, CEO of VinFast Europe, stated: “We are delighted to welcome LORET Group to VinFast’s global network as distribution partners in Europe. By leveraging their reputation, operational capabilities, infrastructure, and local market insights, we are committed to effectively expanding across European markets and achieving sustainable growth.”

In addition to expanding into the French Overseas Territories through this partnership, VinFast is increasing its presence in France and Germany by growing its dealer showroom network in both countries. The company aims not only for greater operational efficiency but also for rapid response to rising customer demand by building out both retail and wholesale channels.

To improve customer experience further, VinFast has partnered with aftersales providers who operate service centers and technical hubs throughout Europe.

Looking forward, VinFast intends to continue developing its distribution networks as well as aftersales services across key European markets while diversifying its intelligent electric vehicle offerings.
