Vingroup has announced the establishment of Culture as a new core pillar, joining its existing areas of Industrials & Technology, Real Estate & Services, Infrastructure, Green Energy, and Social Philanthropy. The company says this move is aimed at preserving and promoting traditional Vietnamese identity while encouraging creativity and the development of modern arts. According to Vingroup, this initiative seeks to enrich people’s spiritual lives and broaden the reach of Vietnamese culture internationally.

The group outlined three main objectives for the Culture pillar: preserving traditional cultural values, promoting creativity across various art forms, and creating a platform where artists can develop their talents and be recognized for their contributions.

To implement this strategy, Vingroup has established three separate companies with distinct roles in the cultural sector:

– V-Culture Talents (Vietnam Cultural And Artistic Talent Development Joint Stock Company) will focus on cultural and artistic education. Its mission includes selecting, training, and developing young talents in music, performing arts, and traditional cultural forms such as chèo, quan họ, ví dặm, cải lương, and đờn ca tài tử. The company also aims to support artisans and artists in developing their careers within a professional environment.

– V-Film Cinema Development Joint Stock Company will operate in film production and distribution as well as television programming, photography, audio recording, and music publishing. It plans to provide training for professionals throughout the film industry—directors, screenwriters, actors—and aims to strengthen the Vietnamese film industry’s presence both domestically and abroad.

– V-Spirit Event Organization Joint Stock Company will organize and manage cultural events including exhibitions, conferences, and seminars. Its goal is to become a leading event organizer in Vietnam with an expanding international profile.

Mr. Nguyễn Việt Quang, Vice Chairman and CEO of Vingroup said: “We believe that culture is not only the spiritual foundation and a measure of social development but also a driving force for building a sustainable future. Establishing the Culture pillar reflects Vingroups desire to fulfill its responsibility to the community and honor the nations cultural heritage. The Group aims to create a cultural and artistic environment that is respected by both the public and international friends. Here, dedication will be valued, creativity will be encouraged and artists will receive recognition worthy of their efforts.”

Vingroup stated that adding Culture as a core pillar demonstrates its long-term vision for improving quality of life while building an environment where people can enjoy diverse cultural experiences. The company also highlighted plans to expand domestic and international exchange programs through this pillar in order to help Vietnamese culture adapt to global trends while supporting growth in related sectors such as tourism.
