Vinhomes has been named “Developer of the Year Southeast Asia 2025” at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025, held in Bangkok. This award is regarded as the highest recognition at the event and marks Vinhomes as the first Vietnamese developer to receive this honor.
The judging panel commended Vinhomes for its ability to create model urban cities, its forward-looking vision with an integrated development strategy, its execution of large-scale projects, and its commitment to sustainable development. Over the past 17 years, Vinhomes has built thirty projects across Vietnam that embody a “city within a city” concept. These developments offer residents access to education, healthcare, commerce, sports facilities, landscaping, and connected public spaces.
Vinhomes’ recent projects include Vinhomes Wonder City in Hanoi, Vinhomes Golden City in Hai Phong, and Vinhomes Green City in Tay Ninh. The company also began construction on the Vinhomes Green Paradise project in Can Gio district of Ho Chi Minh City. Covering up to 2,870 hectares and developed under an ESG++ sustainable model, this project aims to promote green living and nature regeneration.

Vinhomes has previously received several industry honors such as Outstanding Enterprise of Asia at APEA 2025; Elite Award at Hubexo Asia Awards 2025; Vietnam’s Most Valuable Real Estate Brand by Brand Finance; Special Award for Vinhomes Global Gate (Hanoi) and Gold Award for Vinhomes Royal Island (Hai Phong) at National Urban Planning Awards 2024; and recognition for Vinhomes Green Paradise at FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards.
